It does seem tube locked. No interest in buying, look at the "dollar" amounts traded, and once owned very hard to get rid of. There is a pump crew that shows up each time an interest payment is due. If you can snag some ones you may get 100 to 200 percent. Just be mindfull that each time it is pumped the high is lower than the last.
