It moves very fast because of the low float but the value is absolutely there. Folks want a quick buck in/out and not as easy with low float in large quantities. This is one to buy and hold. Uplisting will happen sooner than later and that alone will bring in some but if company stays on track I think in a couple years this could very easily be in dollars. Jmho
