Message.board lawyers-almost.always.wrong never.in doubt. Every bit of lawyering does seem to support the side that is making the argument. The tough calls are made when one can see through what only appears to be a good argument because you are NOT so emotionally involved in the issue you are willing to believe anything. Such is the love for EDIG that it is impossible to find this truth.

The message board lawyers have been wrong about almost everything and certainly about the value of all the settlements over the years. Shareholders refused to believe that the proven tiny nuisance value settlements EDIG received which got smaller and smaller every year were anything other than a "win" and validation of the patents value.

The fact is EDIG has less than 60k and some small debt. Without a substantial infusion of cash they will not be back in "business" unless all the folks you need for a public company such as a CFO, CEO board of directors employee(s) agree to work for free. Maybe current shareholders will pony up even more money they seem ripe for getting taken to the cleaners.
