EXACTLY! If someone CAN'T produce a case in which a APPEAL has been filed then there is NO APPEAL. They tried numerous times to get it dropped, negotiate it, etc... and all failed. Marley was awarded the settlement. JAMN tried to directly negotiate with Marley to reduce the $2.4M and Marley told them to go JAMn it because the company tried to screw Marley TWICE, even after they tried in good faith to look past the first incident.

As for the AUTHORIZED shares count, any competent Transfer Agent will tell you that the STATE IN WHICH THE SHARES ARE REGISTERED is where you will find the ACTUAL count. NEVADA is where the share count is accurate, not Yahoo(LMAO). 5,112,861,525 is the right number

BTW That registration EXPIRES 09/30/2017. See if they bother to renew it
