SEC Filing Is 50 Days Late - Irma Lame Excuse

What's the over/under they miss today's "deadline"?
FACT Celebrity Brands owns CelebCream, Trademark, and website.

There is no conflict in the public records or publicly available sources as of 9/18/17.

The website says copyright CelebCream; which is owned by Celebrity Brands. Again, no conflict in publicly available records.

Even the link that YOU provided; referring to the rollout of the creme, OMHE doesn't even claim ownership.

That was fabricated by you. The PR merely announces that they are a non-exclusive distributor.......with nowhere to buy from them - RFLMAO

Using the link you provided to an OMHE PR, how did you conclude that Omni Health owns Celebcream and has exclusive distribution rights?

Granted, I only read at the 3rd grade level, but I don't even see terms like OMHE OWNS celebcream, OMHE PURCHASED celebcream, or OMHE has EXCLUSIVE distribution rights.

Is this the same DD you used for projecting $80 mil in revenues?

Please enlighten us. Does "roll-up" and "roll-out" really mean own or acquired or exclusive? $80 mil? Explain..........lol

In regards to ownership of the celebcr* website, the copyright says CelebCream. Since we know Celebrity Brands, LLC owns the trademark to CelebCream and the product; therefore, the website is owned by Celebrity Brands.

In addition, if your position states that domain registration is "unknown" therefore it can't refute that OMHE doesn't own it, then your opinion inherently refutes OMHE "ownership".

Thank you for effectively debunking yourself AGAIN

Omni Health, Inc. Announces Roll Out of Anti-Aging Product Line

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 13, 2017) - Omni Health, Inc., (OTC PINK: OMHE), a vertically integrated healthcare company with focus on pharmaceutical, anti-aging products, and cannabis biotech engineering, announced today the roll out of Celeb Cream, anti-aging product line. Dr. Lawrence Samuels, a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of OMHE, was the scientific engineer of the Celeb Cream original products. Celeb Cream is an all-in-one anti-aging complex with the most effective peptides clinically proven to reduce appearance of wrinkles. For more information on Celeb Cream visit www.celebcream.com.

Celeb Cream, Inc., expects to bring more than $2M in revenue to OMHE over the course of the next year, increasing OMHE projections for this fiscal year to more than $10M in revenue. Andrey Soloviev, OMHE Chief Executive Officer, stated, "When we acquired Malecon Pharmacy approximately one year ago, it was our intent then to bring Celeb Cream into the business. We just needed to wait for the right time to make it happen." The roll-up of Celeb Cream into OMHE was without any shareholder dilution.

Dr. Lawrence E. Samuels, the chief of dermatology at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis and a widely respected leader in his medical field, has been developing anti-aging, skin care, and hair care products since 1966. Dr. Samuels is a member of the teaching faculty at Washington University Medical School and he has provided expert dermatological care for more than three decades. He's a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

"This Celeb Cream addition will allow us to fast track Omni Health's entry into the anti-aging and specialty skincare industries, a highly profitable marketplace that we have targeted as one of the key growth areas," said Omni Health CEO Andrey Soloviev.

IMO, The $6 million for Research is to pay it's insiders for the next 2-3 years.

It won't be bringing a new prescription, fda approved drug - but they want people to think that.

It will be for adding several drops of cbd into CelebCream. $6 mil just to do that.

ON the MCIG side, MCIG just paid paul $3 mil for 420 HR CR(APP) and websites for an app/platform that won't be generating any money because they don't own 420j* or zipr*

What is the over/under that Le Signature was just a relabeled CelebCream?

Just like OMHE is a wholesale distributor of celebcream.

There's at least one person who says that OMHE was going to generate $80 mil and that OMHE owns Celebream. Neither are true.

Les, what does roll-up and roll-out mean? RFLMAO

The "6" divisions are a big Joke

Specialty Pharmaceuticals = every pharmacy has this already. OMHE does NOT have any exclusive distribution rights to any specialty prescription drug.

Regenerative Medicine = OMHE has 0 prescription drugs that have been brought to market from incubation to FDA approval. FACT. They have nothing in the pipeline.

Anti Aging = SCAM = CelebCream or Le Signature. The cosmetics in "the pipeline" is Le Scam + drops of CBD. IMO, the $6 mil for research is merely to pay the "researchers"/"insiders".

Skin Care Technology = Le Scam

Cannabis technology = Le Scam w/ drops of CBD or CelebCream w/ drops of CBD. Whoop di doo..

3 categories - anti aging, skin care, and cannabis technology is really for the same product in the pipeline = CelebCream w/ CBD. What a joke. They're just baiting people to thinking it involves more than 1 product (that still doesn't exist yet).

Global Wellness = ummmmm, what pharmacy isn't already doing this? RFLMAO

What OMHE Drug Is Currently in Human Trials? NONE

OMHE hasn't even specified what they're researching.
Why would one want to trade on this company when they won't specify what it is that they're supposedly "researching"? That's just baiting at it's best....rflmao.

They also need to raise another $5 Million - all for lining up an insider's pocket

0 in research pipeline
0 in human trials
0 that have passed FDA.

How long does it take for a drug to be approved by the FDA?
http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=9877

In the United States, it takes an average of 12 years for an experimental drug to travel from the laboratory to your medicine cabinet. That is, if it makes it. Only 5 in 5,000 drugs that enter preclinical testing progress to human testing. One of these 5 drugs that are tested in people is approved.

True research merely drains “resources” to pay for the researcher's salaries. For a startup that has 0 approved drugs on the market, 0 medications in trials, and a company that hasn't even specified what they're researching – I would say it has SCAM written all over it.

What are the names of the medications that Dr. Uryash has actually researched, developed, tested, passed FDA, and made to market?
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/omni-health-inc-announces-formation-110000089.html

Dr. Arkady Uryash, MD, PhD.

Dr. Uryash is the Director of Biomedical Research for the internship program of Mount Sinai Medical Center and Associate Professor of Cardiology and Vascular Biology for Mount Sinai Center in Miami. As an experienced Director of Research and Development, Dr. Uryash is knowledgeable in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation, research and development, and clinical trials. Dr. Uryash has previously served as CEO of a biotech company and is experienced in the management of biotech company operations, interdisciplinary team recruitment, and intellectual property. He has published numerous articles in peer-review journals and is a recipient of several academic awards and honors.

After OMHE adds cbd to celebc*, they will have Le Scam II

Everyone knows that anything "anti-aging" is a SCAM.

FL MJ Cultivation Farms/Nurseries

The likelihood of OMHE succeeding in actual cultivation, production, or selling recreational or medical marijuana is slim to none. I'm not talking about "research"
5/2/17
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FFRMF/news?id=157730

As previously announced, Future Farm signed a LOI to acquire a 10-acre operating greenhouse in Florida, which is in a designated zone to legally cultivate, process and dispense cannabis. The greenhouse fits Florida's stringent criteria for agricultural farmers looking to manufacture cannabis which, under the current law, applicants had to have been in business in Florida for at least 30 years and grow a minimum of 400,000 plants at the time they applied.

If OMHE really does intend to "buy" - it's going to cost tens of millions of dollars to buy an active nursery for the purpose of cultivating marijuana. You don't think that a potential nursery seller is going to know that? RFLMAO

And, from a business perspective, a nursery owner would probably just cultivate marijuana themselves - AND GENERATE $100's of Millions of revenues over the lifetime of the mj nursery.

Here we come - dilution, raising cash via additional stock offerings, or more debt - HERE WE COME!!

Buy, buy, buy. We have to support paying insiders...
