Actually, the fat lady is singing right now. Once her aria is done, NEWC common shares will be worthless as the stock will be revoked.

It is going to happen. Campo can either fight it and drag it out for a few more weeks, or he can accept it and get it done quicker and easier (and cheaper). But it is going to happen, guaranteed.
