when i did a review a few months ago i liked
grwg and nxttf. Neither is dependent on federal regulations for growth.
i really like this stock more than ever but to put all your eggs in one basket is so risky and so many have been ruined by doing it. on the flipside though cvsi is #1 market leader in cbd hemp; cbd is exploding; cvsi and cw(gencanna) are positioning themselves through mutual partnerships to be the pepsi and coke of cbd oil. cvsi is very close to GRAS certification for their cbd oil; this can help them get into the good graces of the FDA. hemp farming act has bob goodlatte (chairman of judiciary committee) on board and is getting a bunch of the farm bureau guys on board(huge!); usda is coming on board; goodlatte is the one that has stopped every other hemp farming bill since ron paul started introducing it. this bill can hopefully get past the house and senate and then utter chaos will happen. at that point the fda is going to come in and regulate the market but if you have GRAS you should be good. just in case there are some nuclear options that can be deployed just in case the fda wants to get crazy here (see antitrust laws). if the hemp farming act is passed i expect a steady climb to a 300 million market cap (currently 20 million). meanwhile until the act is passed we still have the 2004 HIA vs DEA 9th district court decision that seemingly allows all imported hemp products to be sold in the usa. that is the reason why the dea has not done anything regarding cbd oil (they would do something if they could); its been only locals messing with it so far and even they are backing off. the indiana excice police started busting it and then retracted(because of huge backlash) saying we have no idea whether its legal or not sell at your own risk. the fda wont do anything currently because they say the dea is in charge. once the dea is not in charge (hemp farming act passes) the fda is coming but cvsi brilliantly has been one step ahead with preparing GRAS certification. cvsi is probably the only one even close to GRAS certification also.
