I heard that Northern dynasty was going into the permitting with a partner
I heard it at least twice or more

The withdrawal by the EPA is a formality I believe and a done deal
I'm not in the least bit concerned

The company has said on several occasions that they HOPE to find an investor by the end of the quarter
They have had plenty of time to get this done
None of this is a secret

So an excuse at this point is a problem for this investor
