Buys them time for what?

They haven't filed a financial report since Q3 of last year. That means that they missed the annual report and as of today, they missed Q1 and Q2 of this year.

We have no idea what their assets, debt, sales, etc. are. All we know is that a year ago they were in 8,000 stores and now they're in about 3. Sure they're in Amazon, but they were in Amazon a year ago and that didn't help much.

For them to be able to even value this company, they should have submitted financials long ago.
