The low volume would be discouraging in SIPC except that it seems to go up on nothing. When the volume starts it should move fast. .04 will be a flash. Just need a PR about any Cali deal and look out!!

Folks are trying to talk about MJTK here and the volume has been pretty nice but it seems a dead issue to Sleek. I hope he's working the IPA on the sector. Seems about time. 3 months till 2018.
