Hello BMG shareholders. We are alive and well here in Pompano Beach at BMG headquarters. Our main facility phones, internet and power were intermittent last week but steady as of today. The bulk of the staff are back on site and picking up the pace as we head into the Boat Show season with Brownie's Third Lung, YachtPro compressors and NITROXMAKER systems.

BMG has committed to prime exhibition space at the annual dive industry trade show (DEMA) in Orlando starting the 1st of November. At DEMA, BMG will introduce "LW AMERICAS" as the exclusive North and South American distributor of the world-class LW Compressors high-pressure breathing air product line.

BMG NITROXMAKERS designed for the best dive operators and modern dive stores will be featured as an obvious compliment to LWA. BMG will also have a booth at DEMA dedicated to the VS Third Lung products and the 3DBUOY for the first time. DEMA is closed to the general public and focuses on B2B and dive professional relations. Every major dive equipment product line and their respective representatives and dealers typically exhibit/attend annually.

Brownie's THIRD LUNG will introduce the new "Triple B" program at this trade-only venue; Best Product, Best Consumer Value, Best Dealer support program. The Triple B is a clear winner designed to broaden distribution of our legacy BTL product line on a significant scale.

IRMA aftermath: We are reaching out to our dive industry associates in the Caribbean and Florida Keys in anticipation of assisting them with renewal / repair of their primary scuba tank fill systems (LWA) and Third Lung inventory.
