BOld, All we can do to send a message is to vote no to PN's and his slate. If I recall correctly only 28 million voted for the BOD last year. This is well under 50% of the shares outstanding (now 100 million). Between PN and Doug Morris, they have less than 15 million shares. If the majority of non-institutional investors were on board with a change, I suspect it would take less than 20 million shares to vote PN out.

I believe the negative comments about the management are directed to the purpose of affecting the BOD vote and are not "whining."

If anyone is dissatisfied with management they should vote NO, it is that simple.
