We end up with around 55 million common's when it's all done

former common exol holders are going to end up with 3.2 million shares of that 55 million.

Common's of former private sppc around 5.6 million of that pie.
I believe this is the group that could buy more at a good price.

All the rest is for the pref and for the convertible debt

Remember after the deal it's all common's ,never seen that on a pink.

Don't you think he cant spent a few $ to prop the price up before the split.

I don' say you have to hold after the split.
But sure we are going to see a small rally upwards the split.
