I dare not wager an opinion for fear of being attacked here...but if I was to do so, I would say this looks to me like someone liquidating a position slowly as to not affect the sell price they are looking for.

Do you know the reason why this shot up in June? Stop sign was on...not a single PR released. That would and does make me skeptical.
