The Div increase and buyback announcement was a welcome PR. I hope this is a sign that there is additional revenue coming in due to positive arbitration or something else that I hope to hear about in or before the next quarterly meeting. It certainly is a good long term sign. The GOP talking about tax reform again more and more should again have a positive effect as well if that becomes likely to go through.
