I wasn't talking about any of that, orca - I was simply referring to P&Ds, they've been easily observed on EVTI.

Here's an analogy that fits the OTC markets quite well, it is a game of musical chairs, every thing is super when the music is playing but once it stops there is one less chair available and someone is stuck. Eventually the music stops and the only winner(s) are those who sold their shares to those who were busy dancing around being eliminated with the dumping. These companies like EVTI accumulate bagholders and eventually in order to clear them out of the way to introduce more liquidity in the future, they reverse split.

This process is more commonly known as "lather, rinse, repeat" by fractionally eliminating past bagholders and further minimizing their holdings to a near worthless level. It's a nasty little con game, the only one who repeatedly wins is the pink sheet CEO, his/her insiders, and their toxic financiers.
