That's the huge difference in the warrant in case AIG and GSE.
In case of AIG, even after using the warrant, gov made 3%.
In case of GSE, without the warrant, Gov made 10% so far.

Use of warrant and further dilution for recap will face lawsuits.

The warrant must be canceled to prevent further lawsuits and 1 to 5 dilution will raise $100B as the recap.
