Since August 1st one insider has increased his position with 4 filings form 1.45 million shares to 2.7 million shares this AM. Guy must know something.

If he owns 10.9% of outstanding and has 2.7 million shares that puts the outstanding at 24.7 million, which is that last listed amount.

24.7 million x $0.02 PPS = $494,000 market cap.

According to the Medivir and TetraLogic filings and presentations royalties are coming here. This could be a huge mover.
