There's a chance it's someone else on your email list that is compromised and that other computer is sending your name as well as the rest from that other persons computer.

It's basically email lists that are stolen, not necessary your own personal computer invaded. However, it wouldn't hurt to read up on what the most recent virus scanners and other programs like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and try and run those just to be relatively sure your sys is okay.

Do not use a live online scanner website, unless it's verified from your own installed virus scanner program such as Kaprisky (sp) or even Microsoft.
