Also curious as to where the money will come from near term to reimburse the theaters. I am guessing card holders will average 5 movies per month. At a cost of 40 per person per month minus the 10 dollar fee means at 2 million members a 60 million a month reimbursement cost will needs to be covered. I read a share of the concessions will be negotiated to be split with the company and with card holders essentially getting free entertainment they should spend more on food. Advertising revenue should soon follow and hopefully cover the difference. I wonder if dilution will come into play here and to what extent.
