Les - Explain Your "DD"

Using the link you provided to an OMHE PR, how did you conclude that Omni Health owns Celebcream and has exclusive distribution rights?

Granted, I only read at the 3rd grade level, but I don't even see terms like OMHE OWNS celebcream, OMHE PURCHASED celebcream, or OMHE has EXCLUSIVE distribution rights.

Is this the same DD you used for projecting $80 mil in revenues?

Please enlighten us. Does "roll-up" and "roll-out" really mean own or acquired or exclusive? $80 mil? Explain..........lol

Celeb Cream, Inc., expects to bring more than $2M in revenue to OMHE over the course of the next year, increasing OMHE projections for this fiscal year to more than $10M in revenue.
