How's that LMFAO funny? I know...this CEO obviously doesn't care what the par value of the common that he's responsible for any more than you do. Why should he? It usually has nothing whatsoever to do with the market price.
Here's why:
1. He signed a Note that says "To the extent the Conversion Price of the Company’s Common Stock closes below the par value per share, the Company will take all steps necessary to solicit the consent of the stockholders to reduce the par value to the lowest value possible under law."
(You may not know why the statement was in there...he may not know either, although he damn well should...but you can bet your ass that Adar Bays wouldn't have signed the note if it wasn't.)
2. He has also signed a number of regulatory filings that say that the par value is $.001.
3. The share price is below $.001 RIGHT NOW.
It's not funny. It's sad. Your CEO isn't paying any attention to what he's signing. I guess he doesn't have to, does he? Shareholders think he can do no wrong.
But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
