open and read this link which shows that of the currently outstanding shares almost all of them went to the death spiral convertible debenture holders and that even after this astronomical issuance of shares 70% of the convertible debentures remained outstanding .Than the company raised the authorized to one hundred billion and guess what they kept issuing billions of shares to the convertible debenture holders ..

the company had multiple huge reverse splits before 2009 and the shareholder base and share structure that existed before these reverse splits ( that i have covered in other postings )were totally wiped out....
