Perhaps.Mr.Falk put.Illia.Technologies.together FOR shareholders.but.kept.it cloaked.for.security.reasons so it would not be stolen (again) by the big players. Bankruptcy might have come out of the blue and dashed their plans to tell shareholders. It could have been a way to excite shareholders so that EDIG might have been able to sell those 50 million authorized but unissued shares they have for funding. Just a though. In my opinion.
