Bankruptcy court is not a criminal court...

But, if what we think we are seeing comes out, in bankruptcy court... You can bet the DA will be put on notice, and....Fred might be a little late getting home, and funny little men might be delivering notices to the board members...New York had Bernie & Tyco... Texas had Enron...California needs a case.
