one could probably assume that Shaw was the party primarily responsible for the JV arrangement, whereby TAUG was to provide CBD oil for Josh Kimmel's eCigs. Of course it never happened!

one can probably safely assume that Shaw certainly had a hand in TAUG's foray into the Natural Wellness business
