100 million dollars seems to me to be an extraordinary amount, worthy of fortune 500 players, not part of mm games, and might even need to be pre-agreed or triggered by the end of day, end of week, closing price being within a range or acceptable to the two sides of the transaction...

Then there was a final trade posted outside the deal about 50 minutes later 17:59 :59 100 @$10.30.

The largest piece of it (10,352,212units) was not listed as a form t type? While all others even the 3 shares at 17:52 were form t type. Suggesting your after hours market maker dealings. I suspect the big piece had nothing to do with MMs and was pre arranged by unknown parties.
