When you go to our future Home Page... that is, if you are stupid enough to vote Yes and then scroll down to the spot where you would normally discover who is on our American BOD you instead find something quite odd. There is no American BOD (Board of Directors), there are only Board Committees. Remember now, BRZ is a Canadian Company. Hmmmm you say?

These 3 guys are not miners per se that I can see.

Of the 3 guys only Kirk Shaw who sits on 2 Board Committees is the most interesting by far. Kirk is in the movie business and looks to be a big kahuna at The Wonderfilm Media Corporation. His Hurt Locker movie was great. Click Here.

It would appear that Westshire Capital II Corp recently pumped some much needed capital (moola, the green stuff, the mucho dinero) into The Wonderfilm Media Corporation. Hats off to Wonderfilm and a warm congratulations to them.

I used to be in the movies before I started working as a White Knight. I used to love the buxom hot chick actresses (I love buxoms), the booze, the Klieg lights shining on my 6-pack abs, the all-night sex parties, the big money, the fame, the really slippery untraceable money deals, the great food, the traveling to faraway sunny places on someone else's dime.... Ah that was life way back then for me.

Geez, I wonder if Kirk could convert us over to a exciting movie-making company instead of a boring lithium mining company through some fancy Reverse-Split/something/something? Now wouldn't that be great fun for us my fellow LIEG shareholders who invested so much of your hard-earned cash into LIEG over the last 7 years?
