Yes it's in final stages. You can call Jack Rein and confirm again. I've confirmed several times now. The lawyers are going through patent transfer process. There's a lot of patents and they usually take a while to go through anyways. The process is slow in general. ACOL wants to add new products to the Ez health lineup once the acquisition is complete that's why the slow patent transfer process as well. They have to get this right the first time. If the deal were to fall through they have to notify investors regardless. But this is at final stages. I asked regarding this specifically. Rein told me they would not have put out a PR if it weren't.
