Natural gas was going to be at best a "bridge fuel"; until EV's and FCV's evolved. This is why natural gas was always going to be a small niche, and why WPRT is always going to be a $2.00 stock.

EV's and FCV's are now viable and much more convenient, without taking the unnecessary intermediate step with natural gas. This is why the UK, Germany, France, and China (and others?); all have plans to ban the sale of fossil fueled vehicles in the coming years, in favor of ZERO EMISSION VEHICLES (ZEV). Natural gas is a fossil fuel and WPRT does not make a ZEV.
