Something I found, on the google, was an article that 12 hedge funds bought cytr for the first time. The Article was dated the 15th. There is also that article that I think n3 posted from a few days before about the cap going to some 680 million. Then this "keep everyone in the dark" order. I believe something big is in the works on a relatively short timeframe. Still holding...
