I agree with your thoughts and I would like to add that maybe some people are afraid of a R/S, because normally on the OTC that is a bad sign.

I thins case we know that it will only happen to uplist to the nasdaq, what is a wonderful move, because we probably will get more volume and more smart eyes on the company and this small flipping will end.

patience is needed with all those deals on every stock - it always takes longer than expected :)
