Yeah, I suspect that the U.S. SEC has already heard from several individuals and entities in this regard. I haven't read the Rules and Regs concerning such "Orders" but would suspect they are subject to review and could be called into question in certain situation. Not being a lawyer, I have no idea how "ironclad" it is. More than likely, we'll find out.

If you don't mind me asking, what's you take on all this, n3?
