There was no mention of Eagle Spirit water in the Small Cap interview with Michael Welch. They intend withdrawing to their own backyard with rebranded products in the Dallas area and Texas before trying to go country wide. In other words it's back to square one, start small and build a business which is what they should have done in the first place. It depends of course on obtaining funding which Welch says is very "intricate" but could be closed next week. We'll see. It's hard to believe that David and Harrington would resign if they were on the verge of obtaining finance as they could have pointed to that as a resounding success of their short tenure.

The hurricane in Florida provides Gerry David with an out but it doesn't work for Kevin Harrington.
