Let's see my definition of Insider, those that purchased shares at a 50 percent discount only to immediately dump at minimum .0001 at a 100 percent immediate profit. So if it wasn't these people, who else had billions of shares to dump? And exactly who was offered these discounted shares?? Not John Q Public. But insiders.
