From what I can see this case is still proceeding, the case was reassigned to Judge Frederick R. Hardt. Perhaps someone has access to the press releases from Industrial Nanotech and they may issued one about the disposition of this case. This is very serious and not a laughing matter. I hope that Stuart Burchill is not found guilty.
