ALLM is selling you its ability to cheaply manufacture 2nd generation ethanol (which it has yet to prove commercially).
You REALLY need to read this article (Dec.2016). The economic future looks dire for 2nd generation biofuels. Only 1st gen ethanol, such as corn ethanol is worth it.

Too late for those already in, but if you are seriously considering dropping some big cash on this private offering, then you need to show them this and call them out.
