Who knows, but doubt they have much input

Please explain whey all these directors are associated with a scam stock?

I have no idea why Ms O'Brien and Mr. Silverman would associate themselves with LIBE, but I doubt that they have much input with regards to Conway's actions, and I question just how much attention they pay to LIBE at all.

1) According to LIBE's 10-K filings for FY 2014 - 2016, both have been directors since Oct 1, 2014

2) Ms O'Brien doesn't list her directorship at LIBE on her LinkedIn or Facebook pages:

3) Mr. Silverman doesn't list LIBE on his LinkedIn site, either:

I haven't found his Facebook page.

4) Both were directors when Conway attempted to acquire two companies in July, 2015, and both deals fell through:

Liberated Energy has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Eastern Energy Services, Inc. Currently; Eastern serves as the manufacturer of Liberated Energy's Guard Lite product.

Liberated Energy has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire The Outage Expert. This company specializes in significantly reducing costs and increasing performance of energy management.

5) Both were directors when LIBE attempted to acquire EcoCab in 2016, and we all know how that turned out.

6) Both were directors when the Guardlite fiasco ended

7) Both were directors while Conway presided over the issuance of new convertible debt that diluted LIBE to $0.0001 (with no bid,) before the 1:3,500 reverse split in Sept, 2016.

Finally, I have to wonder just how involved they are, because:

1) LIBE's 10-K covering FY2016 shows that neither received compensation during that fiscal year, and

2) in the three consecutive 10-K filings since he joined LIBE's board, Silverman's name is mispelled as "Silverstein" in the section showing Directors and Officers Compensation.

Did Silverman actually read any of the 10-K filings?
