Mr. Yates:

I am hearing things on message boards about you being a "Schnook" in the past.

I know that a lot of things, both true and untrue, are said on message boards.

My question is: "Are you a Schnook now, or have you ever had the reputation of being a Schnook due to questionable actions in the past, and have been caught pulling one over on stockholders for the big money grab, or for ANY unethical business practices"
