I was not able to open the letter attached to the 8K filed yesterday that identifies dismissal of the previous auditor and hiring of the new one. I would love to read it, but if your read the 8-K it seems that Calmare has adopted a "shoot the messenger" approach to how it does business and tries to paper over the gaping chasms.

You need only read that 8-K to recognize that the former firm questioned the viability of Calmare and were, therefore, dismissed. What I want to know is why it took many months, let alone more than a year, for Mir and the Board to read what had been included in several year-end reports.

I think they knew what it said, but hoped that no one might notice like the dupes that have been conned into buying more shares in recent years to keep salary money flowing in.
