No - there is no relationship on board or mgt, or special deal with Jorg.

Look at financials in VATE and KGKG - all transparent and clear.

You can email mgt as well - they are pretty responsive.

VATE sprang from KGKG , but is totally separate. Theydo share opportunities as noted in a release this summer.
