Yes, ALKM could be suspended at any time for being a SEC-reporting company that hasn't filed a 10K since the one for 2014. Obvious on SEC's suspension radar screen.

USMJ is intimately related to the delinquent ALKM, as the fluff press release indicates, so I can relate these two POS tickers as much as I choose to.

And yes, I did see the bogus info from investors claiming there was shorting going on.
Real investors and anyone doing DD know there is no short interest, per FINRA.
