Should everyone that finances assets at the project level invest directly into the company?
This look like a great deal. Basically this fund is paying for half of the project but only getting 38.5% of the equity. Sound pretty good to me!
The real question is, with the company seemingly moving forward regardless of what is happening with its move to NASDAQ and the price being as low as it is; why are we not all buying as many shares as possible? The best argument that I am hearing for not, is because there are no press releases.
Yet, there are 10Q's, 8K's and S1's that seem to be telling a pretty nice story.
I will say it again. This company is worth much more than the market cap!
I saw that somebody made a post saying that they are "hiding behind the quite period".
Hiding from what? That they are buying more plants? Common!?!?
I hope these guys figure out this financing thing soon, or maybe even just scrap it if they are able to.
It would be good to have the CEO or somebody do a conference all get this back on track.
