PCAOB Registred Auditor

I would like to share some information on the auditor. I read an article on seeking alpha that CETX auditor was a sham and that they pay less than $20k for audits. This is completely incorrect.

The audit firm is very real and registered with PCAOB and SEC to conduct audits for public companies in the US. They are registered and regulated by PCAOB and SEC.

Furthermore, the PCAOB examiners paid a physical visit to their auditor in 2016 to do a field examination. (kick the tires)

The auditor did very well with this exam. I hope that this clears up the grey area for new and existing investors and shareholders of CETX.
