Very easy reform/recap- 2% fee on $200B guarantee by Gov

The reform or recap is very easy. The Gov can charge 2% fee for guarantee of $200B. Remember, Corker had mentioned about fee in senate hearing.
Gov may not exercise warrant but may ask GSE to 1 to 5 split to raise another $100B.

Any draw will have interest of 5% of draw.

2% fee on $200B will generate $4B per year for the taxpayers permanently. Why would Gov let this cash cow go away in favor of Buffett or any others?

The treasury secretary may not spill bins as Corker did. He wants debt ceiling raised first. Then 3R by Christmas. The sweep will be suspended or change to annual basis by Watts on September 30th.
