Yes, you're right. I'd like to see the SEC step up its game where penny stocks are concerned. But they have limited manpower and limited money.

I think they could still do better. But their point of view seems to be that they warn about the dangers of playing pennies all over their website. They wish people would listen.

There really are some absolutely disgraceful companies that continue to trade without any kind of enforcement action at all. Companies that are laugh-out-loud funny. The SEC should be embarrassed.
