Paul would be nuts to do anything except boot Josh

If Josh and Kevin are on the block it is Christmas' decision who goes.....Josh goes

If Josh and Christmas are on the block it is Kevin's decision who goes. Won't happen because Paul loses control

If Kevin and Christmas are on the block it is Josh's decision who goes....Interesting, but they have their doubts about Josh's judgement, although he has been willing to take the heat so maybe.

I guess when it comes down to it since they all listen to Paul it ultimately is his decision.
