One of my other plays, TURV, who owned the water rights to the reservoir and canal behind the Notis property just announced they entered into a hemp crop sharing program. I was wondering if it was with Notis but Two Rivers confirmed it was 6 acres in another county totally unrelated to Notis.

That has got to confirm for anybody that there is nothing left at the Notis site except for maybe some empty greenhouses.
