Nice read, n3. Looks like technical analysis isn't holding much credibility with CYTR these days. A lot of factors besides technical indicators influencing the pps at present time. Volume is up today, but pps is again on the slide indicating some SH's have given up and are departing. Some big sells today. One thing is still holding true, every time I buy shares the price declines further. Guess I need to stop buying!! lol!

Building a big pile of 40's at present to go along with the big pile of 50's purchased earlier. May be loading 30's next week. This has obviously become a long term hold. I'm starting to be concerned about the prospects of CYTR with the lawsuit pending and whether or not we still have a partnership or a viable drug that can be marketed before another superior drug replaces it. Wish it wasn't the case, but it appears we're stuck unless we want to sell for a big loss. Not me. I'll be here until we hit it big or bankrupt, whichever come first. Personally betting on hitting it big!

The only thing I'm sure of and have any control over is my voting NO to the R/S. People just don't seem to grasp that going to the OTC is not going to happen anytime soon regardless of the R/S vote outcome. There's a better chance of CYTR being bankrupted by SH's legal action and lawyers than going to OTC. And, SK could really GAF if that happens. He's ready to retire with his millions in his IRA/401K that is protected from such action.

All IMO, and keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed! ;p

GLTA & CYTR!
