On 8/23...BECAUSE the Judge had STILL not made a decision, Cowan filed a Motion (33) to STAY Discovery PENDING resolution of the other Motion.
On 8/24...the Judge DENIED MOTION 33...JUST Motion 33

The person who we had just discovered was/is a PAID "CONSULTANT"

Motion for Change of Venue Denied

Anyone who has a Pacer account can now view that as of yesterday Judge Robin L Rosenberg has denied the motion for a change of venue. The case will remain in Florida and will begin as scheduled. Trial date is set for January 23, 2017.

What is clear is this:

On Tuesday Aug 23, 2016 section 33, which states "Motion for protective order seeking a Stay of Discover pending the resolution of Defendants motion to dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction or in the Alternative to transfer for improper venue by Donald Cowan, Cowan, Gunteski & Co., is denied by paperless order, as stated in section 34.

You can double talk it all you want, but the TRUTH OF THE MATTER is the motion for change of venue is denied, all thats lacking is the official notification. Period, she is denying both the protective order and the change of venue and it will happen no matter what spin you try and put on it...

I hope this clears up the TIMELINE issue...
it seems clear to me that the intent was to DECIEVE....
But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

perhaps this sentence was misread...
